This Covid recovery diet plan will help you in quick recovery-

  • Early Morning – If you are a covid patient you need healthy juice before going for breakfast to start your day. You need a systematic covid recovery diet plan. In the early morning on an empty stomach, you should go for coconut water. Coconut water has been regarded as a miracle by covid patients. Taking it in the early morning helps you in staying hydrated. The doctors advise it especially as it is full of vitamin C, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, and magnesium which keeps your immunity strong and helps you to fight against covid. You can also use warm lemon water with honey. If you are a diabetic patient you can opt for Amla juice. Your diet plan in covid should be starting  from one of the 3 liquids as they are easily available and affordable.
  • Break Fast – We all know that breakfast should be energetic but when it comes to a diet plan in covid, we have to add some healthy food in covid diet plan for instant results. In the morning you can take paneer or 2 omelets for the same. Both are protein-rich foods. Paneer has 18 grams of protein, 208 mg of calcium, 265 calories, and 1.2 gm of calcium. An egg has 7 grams of high-quality high protein, 5 grams of fat along with iron, minerals vitamins. Both will help you to make your metabolism and immunity strong and they will also help you to reduce symptoms of covid. Apart from these, you can take a methi stuffed roti or paneer sandwich according to your choice.
  • Mid-Morning –  Following a diet plan in covid liquids plays a vital role. Consuming liquids will help you to maintain your metabolism and immunity. During mid-morning, you can take the juice of beetroot. It is rich in iron and vitamin-c. It will create healthy red blood cells and help your cells to fight against infections. You can also take carrot juice which is rich in carotene and vitamin A. One 8-ounce glass of carrot juice has 800% of your daily recommended intake of vitamin A and 16 mg of beta-carotene which is enough to maintain your health. You can also choose amla for the same. It has proper antioxidants, amino acids, and vitamin C which will help you to boost your immunity. To follow the covid recovery diet plan, you have to be sincere.
  • Lunch: At lunchtime, you don’t need to take heavy meals because after some time you would have to eat something healthy. During lunch, you can consume homemade foods but it should be light like 2 roti with vegetable curry(sabji) and salad. You can add pulses and curd with it. You can also add 2-3 besan cheela with it. Execution of this covid recovery diet plan is very simple. What you need to do is just follow it. During the preparation of diet plan in covid, light but healthy and energetic food is considered. So here is the flexibility to choose the dish but all the above points should be mentioned in it.
  • Evening: Evening is the time of the break. Instead of Tea/coffee with a fan or biscuits, you can take green tea with roasted Makhan or bhuna chana. If you are properly following the mentioned diet plan in covid you will get some flexibility at this time. There is no big issue with tea or coffee but green tea increases your metabolism faster as compared to tea or coffee and it will help in your recovery.
  • Dinner: The dinner focus of a covid recovery diet plan is to consume foods that would help you to rebuild muscles, make immunity stronger and maintain energy levels. So considering all the above points, veggie soup with 1 bowl of papaya can be a better option. Patients can also use chicken in place of veggie soup. It is not only useful for diet plans in covid but also for any kind of infectious virus or flu.
  • Before sleeping: Before going to bed you can consume golden milk with a pinch of black pepper and 1 teaspoon of khus-khus. Golden milk will help you to reduce symptoms of covid and make you strong internally. Khus-khus is a poppy seed that contains a higher amount of potassium and protein. I am 100% sure that if you follow this diet plan in covid your recovery speed can boost up to 80% to 100%.
